It has been a pleasure working with everyone here, I have enjoyed this class and the many resources given that has allowed me to further explore as I learn. I have learned how important it is in advocating for what you believe is right or needs change. Advocating may take many steps and organization, but at the end you will be able to deliver. I want to thank everyone in my class for their support and ideas during my learning experience. Learning and reading about the many different topics everyone has chosen has been interesting to discover. I have learned about the many areas that need advocating; literacy, nutrition, support from parents, and more.
I also want to also thank our Professor for all the great resources and reading materials that has allowed us to learn beyond the materials we have. I am actually sharing some of the reading materials with teachers I know whom have found it very useful and has served as a refresher.
I wish everyone success in their endeavor.
This has been an exciting road. I truly enjoy this class; it had taken me on a different road. I too want to thank you for all you have done in sharing your resources. I pray that all is well now and in the future. Be Bless!

ReplyDeleteIn the very beginning I was not sure that literacy was the right way to go, but as I did my observations in the classrooms, as I interviewed and discussed with teachers, it only made more sense. But to be honest, I never would have thought about other subjects as I have read in our discussions and blogs. As you said, it has been a great refresher for me too; not only that but I have learned other things in regards to other issues, things that I have attempted to incorporate in my daily life and change for the better. Knowledge is great, and reading how others think and their opinions just opens your mind to even newer and better ways of viewing things.
